TOTAL's Fuel Economy technology has been certified for years by prestigious European facilities such as Millbrook, TUV and UTAC. Repeated tests show that TOTAL FE Lubricants provide significant fuel savings as well as superior engine protection and outstanding drive train durability. TOTAL FE lubricants have also been verified under American road conditions and in America's most respected independent testing labs. A complete testing including road, dynamometer and test stands has been conducted in the United States. The results confirm previous global research figures:
- Using TOTAL’s FE engine oil (RUBIA TIR 7900 FE 10W30) can reduce the fuel consumption by up to 1.8%*
